Why are we making this?

The main theme holds a mirror to government as we intersect worlds of adult entertainment with the drug trade to reflect on what exploitation looks like and when do characters in our world deem their work “ethical”. What does autonomy look like in two of the most profitable and oppressive industries? Our lead characters, ZOE and ETHAN, suffer through homelessness, violence, forced labor, and impossible choices. What are they chasing? Not just a high - Not just Euphoria - Nirvana.

Proof of Concept:

ZOE (23) and ETHAN (25) create an artistic adult film as Ethan recalls on how they stole $400K worth of cocaine from the cartel and got caught. Forced to work and pay back their debt, the weary couple leaks a sex tape that goes viral. Attention draws like never before. The money follows. This moment leads to a career they never imagined - a failing actor/director couple become pornstars using their skills to open the cinematic and presitigious, Nirvana, Inc.
